WIN TICKETS FOR BBC GARDENERS' WORLD SPRING FAIR COMPETITION SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These competition terms and conditions should be read together with, and are in addition to, Boom Radio’s standard terms and conditions which can be found here (the “General Terms”). Together these specific competition terms and conditions and the General

Terms shall be referred to as the “terms”.

ITEM 1: COMPETITION

WIN TICKETS FOR BBC GARDENERS WORLD SPRING FAIR the “Competition”).

ITEM 2: PROMOTER

Boom Radio , registered office: 43 Clarendon Square, Leamington Spa, Warks,  CV32 5QZ

 (the “Promoter”).

This is a Boom Radio competition, running only on Boom Radio.

ITEM 3: WEBSITE

Boomradio.co.uk/ (the “Website”).

ITEM 4:

COMPETITION LAUNCH AND CLOSING.

Entrants can enter the Competition via the website page from 00.01 on 1st May 2025 (the “Launch Time”) until 23:59 on 2nd May 2025(the “Closing Time”).

Any entries received before the Launch Time or after the Closing Time (for whatever reason) will be invalid.

ITEM 5: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS

The Competition is open to UK and Channel Islands residents aged 16 years or over on the date of their entry.

Employees (and their family members) of the Promoter (or any company in the same group) or any company involved in the Competition, are excluded from entering the Competition and their entries will not be considered.

ITEM 6: ROUTES OF ENTRY AND COSTS

The Promoter will stage the competition via the Boom Radio website - a link to this will be made available via the Boom email newsletter.

The contest is free to enter. Only one entry is allowed per person.

ITEM 7: DRAW

DETAILS

Ten winners will be chosen by electronic random draw from all entrants and notified by email by the promoter.  Winners will be asked to log on to redeem a voucher to claim their tickets. Winners' names may be announced on-air and/or online.

ITEM 8: PRIZE

There are 10 prizes each of 10 pairs of all-day standard tickets for Sunday 4 May 2025. Prize does not include travel, sustenance, or accommodation. Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative. Ticket terms and conditions apply
